The Youth Mental Health Foundation is a non-profit C.I.C. registered in England (ref: 13515864).

Our current focus is guiding the parents of young people struggling with mental health or who self-harm to support their child's healing through an online course called The Horizon Plan and in-person parent support groups. The methodology was first developed by Claire Sutton, drawing on her experience supporting her own daughter's recovery. We are releasing our free online course, module by module, to support parents all over the world.

We visit primary and secondary schools to deliver assemblies and workshops building mental and emotional health resilience in young people. We've visited over 120 schools and spoken to over 35,000 school children to date.

We support parents to play to a central role in their child's healing.
