Our role is to support and assist you in guiding your self-harming child back to health and happiness, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through. We cannot predict and we do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual.  Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through our course, coaching, social media channels, blog and website.

The Horizon Plan's is not, nor are we holding ourselves out to be a doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, or any other medical professional (“Medical Provider”). We are not, nor are we holding ourselves to be your psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or social worker (“Mental Health Provider”). Our course, coaching, social media channels, blog and website include[s] information and instruction relating to supporting a self-harming child (“Our Content”). Foundation Course pilot

We invite parents to join our free Foundation Course.

This Foundation Course teaches stage one of our five stage process for supporting a young person who self-harm's healing. 

Parents that join this pilot and provide feedback will be given access to subsequent modules as they are produced.

What you'll learn:

  • Why young people self-harm
  • Why young people find it so hard to stop
  • First aid for self-harm injuries
  • Why it’s important for parents to stay positive and calm when your child self-harms
  • How to project positivity when you’re feeling the opposite inside
  • How to create a home routine that supports your child’s healing

When our Full Course is released, it will be available to parents and healthcare professionals in the UK free of charge.

Parents and healthcare professionals living outside the UK will be able to enroll on our Full Course for a fee (to be determined).
