Our role is to support and assist you in supporting a child who's struggling with emotions, mental health and/or self-harm, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through. We cannot predict and we do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual.  Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through our course, coaching, social media channels, blog and website.

The Horizon Plan's is not, nor are we holding ourselves out to be a doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, or any other medical professional (“Medical Provider”). We are not, nor are we holding ourselves to be your psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or social worker (“Mental Health Provider”). Our course, coaching, social media channels, blog and website include[s] information and instruction relating to supporting a child struggling with emotions and mental health (“Our Content”). You acknowledge and agree that the following warnings and disclaimers shall apply to all of Our Content.

The Horizon Plan

Our free online course will guide you to support your child or teen if they're struggling with emotions, mental health and/or self-harm.

Supporting your child or teen at the earliest possible opportunity is vital and we'll lead you with our proven process.

Our programme leads you through our 5 stage process, teaching you how to best support your child's healing. This course contains the first two stages and we're are working round the clock to release stages 3, 4 and 5 for you as soon as possible. 

What you'll learn:

  • Why young people self-harm
  • Why young people find it so hard to stop
  • First aid for self-harm injuries
  • Why it’s important for parents to stay positive and calm when your child self-harms
  • How to project positivity when you’re feeling the opposite inside
  • How to create a home routine that supports your child’s healing
  • How to feel more positive, stable and stringer to best help your child
  • and so much more! 

When our Full Course is released, it will be available to parents and healthcare professionals in the UK free of charge.

Parents and healthcare professionals living outside the UK will be able to enroll on our Full Course for a fee (to be determined).
